Pre-Construction Build Planning
Major residential construction projects require more than a quick ballpark number. Before a custom home, ADU, guest home, co-living project, workforce housing build, transitional housing project, or accessible housing solution moves forward, it needs a clear plan.
Our Pre-Construction Build Planning Package is a paid planning service designed for serious clients who want to understand feasibility, budget range, scope, timeline, allowances, and the best construction path before entering into a full build agreement.
Get clear on your project before you commit to building.

We review the project concept, site conditions, general build goals, possible constraints, and whether the project appears realistic based on the information available.
Initial Project Feasibility

We provide an early construction budget range based on the project type, scope, size, finish level, site conditions, and current construction assumptions.
Budget Range Review

We help identify what is included, what may be missing, what needs further clarification, and what could impact the cost or timeline.
Scope Review

We outline the likely path from planning to permitting, design coordination, site work, construction, inspections, and closeout.
Construction Path

We provide a realistic early-stage timeline so you can understand the likely duration of planning, permitting, and construction.
Preliminary Timeline

We help establish early allowance categories for finishes, fixtures, cabinets, flooring, appliances, and other selections that may affect the budget.
Allowance Planning

We provide practical recommendations based on constructability, budget control, scope clarity, material choices, and long-term project goals.
Builder Recommendations

You receive a clear written roadmap summarizing the project direction, major considerations, early budget range, likely steps, and recommended next actions.
Preliminary Project Roadmap

From custom homes to co-living housing, we help clients plan smarter, build cleaner, and move forward with confidence.
LET'S BUILD

Investment
Pre-Construction Build Planning Packages typically range from $2,500 to $7,500, depending on project size, complexity, site conditions, and the level of planning required.
This service is separate from the construction contract. If the project moves forward with Got Ur Six Custom Builders, part or all of the planning fee may be credited toward the construction agreement when stated in writing.

Why We Offer Paid Planning
A successful build starts before construction begins. Paid pre-construction planning helps protect the client, the builder, and the project by creating clarity early. It reduces guesswork, exposes unknowns, sets realistic expectations, and gives serious clients a professional path forward.
